The Trax Retail Execution mobile application was built with the customer in mind. It gives you the ability to monitor and view the products on store shelves, have them dispatched, get reports on the same items as they are displayed in the store, send reminders to your sales associates about issues they should be aware of, and more.
Trax Retail Execution is an app built around the camera that captures images of a shelf. When your associate is out of a particular item on the shelf, they can take a picture of that item, send that picture to the Trax cloud and it will show up on your employee's Trax app so you can see what they are missing and then alert them to it. It's quick and easy and you can view those items in the store and have it immediately sent to you on your phone.
